There is something about tackling someone bigger than you…it’s just satisfying and we’ll teach you how.

Prepare to be physically and mentally strong on and off the pitch.

There is a position for every shape and size. Everyone brings something to the team.

The individual is not the super star; the TEAM is the super star.

We play 7’s, it is fast paced, there are no commercial breaks. You must be fit and if you’re not, don’t worry you will be.

It is physical and mental…it’s tough. You will get bruises and if you’re lucky, you might even bleed.

We play in all conditions from the Texas heat to the freezing rain after all this is rugby.

Since the enactment of Title IX of the education act there are now many more opportunities for women to gain college athletic scholarships than ever before. More and more colleges are “actively” seeking to redress the gender imbalance in sport. In many cases colleges do not spend their full allocation of athletic scholarship money because not enough suitable women athletes approached them. Girls’ rugby is taking full advantage of that.
